Aufgabe:

Strategy: As Director Global Quality (m/f/d), you will define and drive the global quality strategy for our Thermal Solutions Business Unit. You will establish a unified quality framework across our international manufacturing sites and align them around shared quality objectives Transformation: You will play a key role in shaping the future of our global quality organization. By harmonizing quality systems, processes and standards, you will build a scalable organization that supports international growth and the successful integration of newly acquired sites Digitalization: You will drive the digital transformation of our quality management processes by implementing modern Quality Management Systems (QMS) and data-driven performance management tools, increasing transparency, efficiency and operational excellence across all locations Operational Excellence: You will manage global quality KPIs, lead cross-functional continuous improvement initiatives and foster a culture of operational excellence across the entire organization, ensuring sustainable performance improvements Global Collaboration: Working closely with our manufacturing sites as well as cross-functional teams in Operations, Engineering, Supply Chain and other business functions, you will establish globally aligned quality standards and successfully integrate new sites into our global quality framework Customer Focus: Together with our global teams, you will ensure outstanding quality throughout the entire product lifecycle. By enabling successful new product introductions, reducing scrap rates and enhancing customer satisfaction, you will create measurable value for our customers worldwide

Qualifikation:

Education: You hold a Master's degree in Quality Management, Operations, Engineering or a comparable field Leadership: You bring extensive leadership experience in global quality management within an international manufacturing environment and are experienced in operating within a matrix organization Transformation Expertise: You have successfully led international transformation and standardization initiatives and have a proven track record of developing global quality organizations Technical Expertise: You possess in-depth knowledge of modern Quality Management Systems and Lean Management, complemented by strong analytical, strategic and systemic thinking Personality: You are an empathetic and inspiring leader with excellent communication and stakeholder management skills, capable of bringing people together and driving sustainable change across international organizations Language: You communicate fluently in German and English. Italian or French language skills are considered an advantage Mobility: You enjoy working in an international environment and are willing to travel globally to collaborate closely with our manufacturing sites and stakeholders worldwide
