Aufgabe:

* You are a highly motivated master's graduate with an excellent degree in business administration, economics, information systems or a field of study related to our research interests. Preliminary part-time employment up to 0.5 full-time equivalent in line with pay grade E12 TV-L may be arranged temporarily for candidates who have not yet completed their master's thesis. Please contact us for details. * Excellent analytical skills and a keen interest in core research topics of the chair such as how science leads to innovation, innovation in the data economy, governance of open and collaborative organisations and/or strategic alliances. * Willingness to approach complex practical problems with analytical (quantitative-empirical) methods and to learn or deepen new methods. Initial experience with empirical-quantitative research methods would be advantageous, as your work will draw on quantitative firm- or individual-level data. * Ability to work in a team, open-mindedness, and the motivation to work on a research project independently, diligently and under pressure. * Excellent spoken and written English language skills. * Knowledge of German would be advantageous but is not a requirement
