Aufgabe:

Steer and control facility service performance (KPIs / SLAs) Control and evaluate external FM service providers Control of maintenance activities and technical inspections Support FM budget planning, forecasting, and cost tracking (OPEX/CAPEX) Ensure FM budget implementation and identify optimization potential Identify operational risks and initiate corrective actions Ensure compliance with FM operations, safety, and internal requirements Support audits, reporting, and performance reviews Act as interface between Site Management, FM, Procurement, and suppliers

Qualifikation:

Degree in Facility Management, Engineering, Business, or similar Experience in FM, controlling, or technical operations Experience with outsourced service environments preferred Knowledge of compliance and regulatory requirements Structured, proactive, and stakeholder-oriented mindset
