Aufgabe:

Lead and guide the development and maintenance of a robust data infrastructure in the field of innovation, ensuring scalability, performance, and security. Lead and mentor a small team of data scientists, fostering their growth, development, and collaboration, and maintaining a high standard of data science excellence. Enhance the searchability and usability of data, promoting efficient data retrieval and analysis across the organization. Collaborate with cross-functional teams and stakeholders to understand and address data-related challenges and opportunities across the organization. Communicate and present data science strategies, insights, and outcomes to senior leadership and stakeholders effectively.

Qualifikation:

Advanced degree in Data Science, Computer Science, Statistics, or a related field Several years proven experience in building and managing data infrastructure and using tools such as simulation, machine learning or AI, with a demonstrated track record of impactful implementations Profound Leadership skills, including leading and developing a high-performing team and driving a culture of innovation Strong understanding of data governance, security, and compliance standards Excellent communication and collaboration skills in English & German, and with the ability to engage and align with stakeholders
