Aufgabe:

Be part of shaping and implementing the strategy for Heraeus Conamic from the first idea to the global impact. Your analytical skills let you identify strategic opportunities and you manage professionally the resulting projects until successfully completed. You support and optimize all strategic processes to bring our business to the next level of performance. We want you to develop and own future-fit concepts to facilitate decision-making in the top leadership team to capture business opportunities. You enjoy working in an international environment and skillfully navigate the organization for your cross-functional work. You are the lynchpin and interface to all our strategic initiatives touching all parts of the business globally.

Qualifikation:

Successfully completed Business related master's degree Minimum of 3 years of experience in the areas of project management and process improvements, preferably in the consulting industry with focus on commercial and/or operations Strong numerical analytics skills combined with lateral and conceptual thinking Excellent organizational and communications skills (English & German) Experience in supporting senior management Strong interpersonal skills and enthusiasm
