For this reason, we are looking for Senior Engineering experts and/or leading experts Combine Harvester Engineering (m/f/d) for the newly emerging Innovation Center in Baden-Württemberg (and Lower Saxony) with, in the future, approx. 50 engineers from the areas of tractors, combines, implements, hydraulics, electronic control, intelligent solutions and production.

Aufgabe:

* Be an engineering expert in your area of expertise or lead a team/department to integrate product requirements and actively lead new product development and commodity improvement projects. * Deeply engage in product research and planning, proactively identify product development and improvement projects. * Transfer requirements definition and determine product definition. * Participate in benchmark and competitive product research. * Lead projects of overseas harvester product platform architecture and the general arrangement of the harvester for major product development projects. * Development of core technology for harvester and the layout of major technology development projects as senior or leading engineer. * Delivery project within QCD (quality, cost and delivery).

Qualifikation:

* Bachelor/Master degree or above in mechanical background. * At least 4 years working experience (8 years for a leading role) in harvester R&D area (at least 4 years project management experience for a leading role). * Harvester experts of vehicle level and configuration and familiar with product development program. * Excellent cross-culture communication and team management skills * Fluent in English
